oneclick appcliations asking to save at root of C: RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are running some oneclick applications on a terminal server (Citrix published desktop.)  When the user clicks the app, a save as diaglog appears, and is on the root of C:, where they have no permissions.  If the user saves it to their home drive, or documents folder, the application opens with no problem.  If the user closes the app, then reopens, it does not prompt to save to the C: drive again, unless they completely log off, and back on again (their profile is not saved.)

Is there anyway to avoid this?

  • Hi TDup1970,

    >>When the user clicks the app, a save as diaglog appears

Is this app your own development? Or is it a third party program? And do you use the ClickOnce to publish your project? And the most important, What does the pop-up box suggest to save?

Hope you can provide more details about the above question.

    Best Regards,

    Stanly
