Windows 7 Build 7601 "This copy of Windows is not genuine" on legal installation RRS feed

  • Self built Windows 7 x64 machine on Intel 7-975 with legal Windows and Office.  Windows and Office update always enabled.  A previous warning (very much different from this one) disappeared on reboot a long time ago.  This suddenly popped up.  I think that a hacker has found a way into Windows Update to cause this; might even be a bogus report.  Diagnostic info follows (the tool does not present any helpful information to me, hyperlinks removed for submission):
