    Dear Microsoft,
    unfortunately, Speech recognition on Windows 7 Ultimate doesn't hear commands after sleeping. Please advise how this can be fixed. The Speech recognition reacts to mouse clicks and shows the text 'Switched to Start button.

    Dear Microsoft,
    no reply over 48 hours is a concern.

    I can advise the Speech recognition reacts very slowly on initiation from voice control or mouse click.

    Due to no response to this paid Microsoft Partner support and will stop using Speech recognition. Please close this case.
