Conference on hold

Question
-
Hello all,
I have the following scenario:
- User A calls user B
- User B accepts a call
- User A adds user C into conference
- User B goes on hold
- User C joins to the conference
- User B stays on hold (there are should be a 3-party conference)

Hhmm user B should never go to HOLD
This should be a seamless process and Peer to peer audio transitions to 3 way audio conference without the users doing anything
Could you enable logging in communicator and check for problems?
How is you environment configured? STD or ENT pool, AV Conferencing role

I have got OCS Standard Edition.
I have checked SIP logs on front end server and found that the 192 response is sent back to the User C when he sends INVITE to join to the conference. I can send traces to you if you want to look at.Tuesday, September 30, 2008 9:47 AM -
Maybe you should isolate sip messages going to user B and post them into the thread

Can you give me your e-mail, since logs are huge and exceed 50000 characters limit for forum message. Even if I break a log into several messages they are not sending. My e-mail is mmatveev@mera.ru

Are you using a network monitor tool?
That is too much information
You can use the Debugging tools on OCS server
Right click on your pool and choose Logging Tool -> New Debug session
(You can even filter on sip addresses)
That should not produce a very big output
Use the snooper tool from the OCS Resource kit to look at the logs
