My MCTS Win7 (exam 70-680) certification doesn't appear on my transcript RRS feed

    I recently passed the 70-410 and obtained the MCP
    certification.
    While viewing my transcript, I noticed that there has no
    information about my 70-680 MCTS (Windows 7 Configuration)
    that was acquired last October 8, 2010

    Registered email address for both 70-410 and 70-680 is the same since I have the transcript for 70-680 that has been downloaded way back 2010.

    I am asking this because I am planning to take 70-685 to get
    MCSA: Windows 7 and 70-680 is one of the requirements

    PLease help

    You should call the Regional Service Center and explain the problem. If you have kept the results sheet that you got after completing the exam, this will serve as proof that you passed, and the RSC can probably fix your Transcript after you send them a copy of that page.
