Sunset has missing features

  My old computer crashed, so I reinstalled Money then downloaded the Sunset on my new machine, a Dell running Win 7.  A few of my recurring bills allow me to tell them when to auto-load, but most don't and there is no longer and option for any type payment other than 'check'.  Am I missing something?  I have the Home and Business version of the Sunset as well as my original.
