    Hey Guys,

     

    I have recently deployed OCS and configured few users to use OCS. One of my user is getting the following error message when he tries to logon to Communicator 2007:

     

    "Your account is not configured to use the Communications service."

     

    I tried to logon to his machine and my account works fine. No one else is experiencing this issue. Only his account. He is a high profile user so I don't want to delete and create his AD account.

     

    I have tried disabling and enabling his user account to use OCS but still same issue.

     

    The only think I remember is: two years back they tried to deploy LCS 2005 and probably enabled his user account to use LCS. But LCS never worked successfully. Do you think that could be a reason. Any thoughts...

    Issue is fixed by enabling enhanced presence on affected users.
