trying to renew RRS feed

    please help us we are trying to renew window live oncare and it keeps saying error 8005. what does that mean. we are member.. it will not take my credit cards.

    If you are having issues renewing your Windows Live OneCare, please contact OneCare support for billing support.

    Start Here:

    1.       Open OneCare by Double Clicking the OneCare Icon in the Taskbar.

    2.       Click Get help with OneCare

    3.       Click Show me more topics

    4.       Click Contact support in the middle of the webpage

    5.       Click Contact Support  in the bottom right corner of the webpage

    6.       Click Get support

    7.       Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble

    8.        Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.
