Sample contoso database for course 2310D

I am working through the books for Course 2310D Developing Web Applications using Visual Studio 2008 SP1. I am not using the Virtual labs preferring to use my own development environment (VS 2008 and SQL Server 2008).

I am at the point that I need the Contoso database for the labs, the Download Companion Content for Microsoft Official Courses 2310-ENU-Allfiles.exe does not seem to include a database file.

Or perhaps I missed the install destination for the database.

If a sample database is not included in the MOC files, does someone have a script to create one?

I am not sure if this is exactly the same Contoso database that is used in the course, but the Download Center provides this following:

This is not the same database as on the course 2310D. That database is called CustomerManagement, and has only 2 tables, Customers and Countries. It would be helpful if someone made it available.
