Hi All - I passed my exam 4 weeks back and i havent received any email from microsoft...how long should i wait?

You can contact your regional Microsoft service center. They should be able to help you.

Be sure the correct email account is set up.**BTW - make sure the email from Microsoft is not in your junk mail folder.

Hi, over time you said you waited, should have already returned.
I had a similar problem recently and I called Microsoft support, I was informed that there was a system failure on the day. Two days later, contacted stating that they had solved the problem.
