off topic - Trojan:Win32/Sudiet.B

I have had a professional technician look at my computer and he said it was virus free, as well as ran virus scans with norton antivirus and others which say it is clean yet Windows Live Onecare online scanner finds the following two "severe issues":

Trojan:Win32/Sudiet.B

Trojan:WinNT/Tibs.gen!A

Is this a real virus or a false alarm? I would really appreciate any help on this. Thank You!

Your off topic if your talking about the OneCare Safety Scanner, since this forum deals with the OneCare by subscription application, but the usual way to test for false positives is to send any files identified as infected to the following sites for an analysis by 80 or so different Anti-malware engines, so there's a lot less probability of OneCare or Norton alone either confirming or missing any detection:
