    Thank you for your interest in the Buy Local program. The diagnostic file you posted is incomplete so I am not able to determine why you were ineligible. Can you please re-post?

     

    Also, this program is only available in the United States. Are you in the US?

    Yes, I bought the PC brand new complete with Vista Home Premium license from Microcenter in the US. I am now using the Vista license on a different computer (as I didn't need Vista on the new machine I bought).
