Transfer tasks to another user RRS feed

  • I am trying to transfer a bunch of tasks to another user (in CRM), but it seems to be unnecessarily complicated for something that must happen every day. My experience so far is that I can open the task and try to "assign" it to another user, but then I get a message that that "is not possible in CRM, and by the way, your task is now disconnected from the "Regarding" person". Hmmm

    The only way I have found is to

    open task

    change start date

    change due date

    save task

    open contact ("Regarding")

    open activities

    open task

    change owner

    save

    close all windows

    delete own task

    That's probably OK for 1 or 2 tasks, but not for a whole bunch. I am probably missing something here. Is there an easy way to simply assign a task as is to another user?
