Repair default windows update locations RRS feed

    I have attempted to download my  windows updates and it keeps getting stopped. When I ran microsoft fixit it tells me two items are fixed but that I need to repair default windows update locations and change to default setting . I run Vista home premium and have no idea how to do this. Any help appreciated.

    Try resetting the Windows Update components: read the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 971058.
