  • HP is actually a large OEM PC builder, which CompUSA is the distribution center/retailer for HP.

     

    To qualify, you have to purchase from a system builder (local) that specifically builds PCs and is not a retailer.

  • Your MGA report indicates you have a HP computer with a HP preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  HP is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.  Please review the following:
