N:N connection with problems to add records RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have a customer that for obvious reasons just recently was upgraded to CRM online fall 2013 and after this they have had som issues with a N:N connection. The connection is between Contact and System User and is used to synchronize contacts to more outlooks than the owner.

    Prior to the upgrade all users were able to add system users to the contact part but now they don't get a search window and when they leave the page there's an error saying that CRM can't find null (or something very similar) which seems that the user can't find other users. At least one of the users have a custom security role and system customizer role, which is pretty coverin. The custom security role has read, write, attach and attach to on both system user and contact which I would think is enough.

    If I add system administrator they are able to add system users to the contact so the issue is indeed some sort of security problem.

    Any ideas what part of the security parts that are needed to add system users to contacts?
