Is Windows Live One Care a "Security Suite"

  A little history:  I purchased Norton 360 based on reviews - and have become very frustrated by the constant error messages about my PC not being Protected, I continually have to go into the menu and manually turn Protection on so I decided to try Windows Live One Care's trial.

   

  Do I need to install additional software for Full PC protection?  I would like to have the following (antivirus, antispyware, firewall, antiphishing, identity protection, network protection, backup, tuneup)
