OneCare repeatedly prompts me to "update your service information"

When I am on my computer, OneCare displays the following dialog every 30 minutes:

Connect to the Internet

To continue monitoring the other PCs in your circle, OneCare needs to update your service information. Please verify that your computer is connected to the Internet and/or your system time is right. Open OneCare UI and then click 'Renew' or 'Help'.

It doesn't matter whether I follow these instructions or not, 30 minutes or so later I'll receive the same prompt again. Is there any way to make this stop?

If there is another computer in your One Care circle which has been offline for several days, that could be causing the message. If this is not the case please contact support. How to reach support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

That's it then. There is a laptop we use occasionally that is part of our circle, but it's not alway turned on. Thanks!
