I am trying to configure the email router.
My scenario is this:
1. The email router is installed on the same machine as CRM installation ( crm 2011 on-premise )
2. I am using gmail instead of exchange server
3. User
Primary email: abc@gmail.com
Email access type - incoming : Email router
Email access type - outgoing : Email router
4. Set Personal Options - Allow email router to use my credentials to send and receive email on my behalf
User name : abc@gmail.com

4. Outgoing email is working fine, the problem is incoming email :

Use SSL

Access credentials
: User specified
Network port
: 995
When I run Test access, I get the error: "Incoming Status : Failure - SSL authenticate failed because there was a problem with certificate. RemoteCertificateChainError"
If I uncheck Use SSL : Incoming Status: Failure - An error occurred while executing POP3 command "". The server response was: "".
