We currently use opportunities with just an estimated revenue field and no products. I can happily produce all sorts of reports on Est and Actual revenue by any field in the Opportunity using advanced find - or export to excel and pivoting.
We now want to add products to an opportunity. An opportunity may have several products.
How do I create a report that includes product sales. I want to run a monthly report that shows how much revenue is generated per product.
I understand that as a single opportunity has several products I cannot do it using advanced find and adding the product column. But how do I do this? I would like each opportunity to have multiple lines for each product sold
