    1. i qulified for for a free  complimentry  windows xp genuine advantage some months  ago but i keep gettin this copy did not pass as the product key has been blocked how do i resolve this issue.

    Did you receive the WGA free copy?

     

    Did you backup your data and then do a clean installation using the WGA CD, as recommended?
