    Hi,

    I'm currently looking for a system to run surveys, that has a good integration with Microsoft CRM.

    I wan't a survey to be able to include a minimum of Picklists, checkboxes and comments. Also the possibility to include images would be great. 

    The integration must be able to track responses to contacts, give an overview and summary of the survey and update this automatically in MS CRM.

    Does anyone have suggestions on third party systems that could meet these minimum requirements (and maybe more)?

    I have used this quite extensively in one company. It is a bit pricey so it has to be used alot.

    Check out the Dynamics Marketplace.  There are several options.  They might be packaged as Marketing solutions that include the ability to perform surveys.  If it were me, I would implement the solution Julie suggested.  The customer portal is on the market place as well.  You can implement that standard customer portal or purchase the adx solution.  Both will serve you well.  You can implement what you need but have the ability to add more when you want it.  Some of the other Marketing add-ons will give you just that, Marketing things.

    There are also other solutions that you can check out like Click Dimensions, Power Survey and many, many more.

    Hi Julie, Thank you for your response. Have you tested it? How is it for suveys?

    It seems to be that it is a lot more than just a software used for surveys. It might be a bit much for my use.

    Anyone else with suggestions?

    Hey,

    At my company we will be using this integrated with CRM. My task is to find out if there will be any issues in the future in terms of the backend? Will anyone who has no knowledge in coding be able to create surveys? Are there better options or this is the best? As my company are already using ADX. Please can you provide me with some answers :)
