Backing up with external hard drive

Hello,

I am attempting to backup using an external hard drive but One Care keeps telling me that it cannot find the current backup device. I can backup without one using the pre installed manager to the external hard drive but One care will not let me... Help???

Hello pj.pamelaj, if you have previously used One Care to back up to a location other than your external drive you will first have to reset your backup plan.
