Superscripts and subscripts

  There doesn't seem to be any support in LiveWriter for super and subscripts. I have to keep switching to HTML view to type the tags in directly. I shouldn't think it would be difficult to implement sub and supercripts given that they are directly supported by standard HTML. Consider this a feature request. :)
