Delete is denied - am Administrator

  My HP computer has Windows 8.1, 64 bit.  I am Administrator and only user.  But when I try to delete some files, I get the message:  "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder".  Trying again does not work.

  How do I delete these files?
