  • Unistall IE 10 in their machine and restart the system.

If not jst open crm and change the compatability mode to IE 9 this will help out.

  • Hi,

<CRMVersion>5.0.9690.1992</CRMVersion> this version seems to be UR 6, UR 6 is not support IE10, what you can do is to set Compatibility mode of IE10.

To change the Compatibility Mode of Internet Explorer 10, follow the
    steps below:

    1. Right-click the top toolbar within Internet Explorer 10

    2. Select to mark Menu Bar

    3. Point to Tools and click Compatibility View Settings

    4. Here, mark the Display all websites in Compatibility View
checkbox or enter the specific CRM URLs under Add this website and click Add.

Or you can try to upgrade CRM to UR 13 or later, it is offically supporting IE 10
