  • Hi Shukla1206,

It is the standard behavior of outlook CRM, currently it does not support quick create from outlook CRM. This has already been suggested to Microsoft on Connect.

You can vote in favor and MS might bring this functionality in its upcoming releases.

  • Hi Shukla,

Since there is no OOB functionality, you would have to handle this through a code (Custom Button for quick create). However do remember that the same shall be replicated in your non outlook instance too which will be a duplication.

Or create a custom entity with the fields you have in quick create. Create a picklist to identify what you want to create like a lead or contact. Write a workflow on create of the custom entity to create a new record (Lead/Contact) and update the new record with the values entered in custom entity.

However since this being outlook crm do remember to sync entities between CRM and outlook do check this.
