Hi Shukla,
Since there is no OOB functionality, you would have to handle this through a code (Custom Button for quick create). However do remember that the same shall be replicated in your non outlook instance too which will be a duplication.
Or create a custom entity with the fields you have in quick create. Create a picklist to identify what you want to create like a lead or contact. Write a workflow on create of the custom entity to create a new record (Lead/Contact) and update the new record
with the values entered in custom entity.
However since this being outlook crm do remember to sync entities between CRM and outlook do check this.
