My self Raju Kumar I have done MCP exam last 2006 & My MCP ID : 1608018.
I went to Gurgaon bus stand with my mother 14/04/2018. When I was taking the bus tickets to destination place( Sonipat ) Haryana, then I felt there is no voilet in my jeens , I have some important documents in my voilet like adhaarcard, pan card MCP certification
& driving license with 800 hundred Rs . I have registered FIR in police station: Civil Lines Gurgaon & MY FIR (Application No)
132270231800524 . So I request to you please new issue my MCP Certificate.
But sir I don't remember my user ID & password , I have remember my MCP ID : 1608018. Please do needful it's urgent basis.
