CRM 2015 Entity Tooltips RRS feed

    What I am trying to do is have the entity name and hover over (tooltip) be different. However it looks like the description field does not handle that like an entity attribute does.

    We checked the obvious ribbon tool and site map as well.

    Is this somehow supported and I am missing it?

    Hi,

    Have a look at using the translation files. I find it useful to make changes in the translation file to change say the word "Contact" to "Customer".

    In the exported excel file there might be reference to that tooltip.
