Add New Activity button disabled RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have CRM 2011 on Prem.....this just started happening...when you go into a COntact Record, and click on the Related Activities, the ribbon button "Add New Activity" is disabled.

    It used to work.

    We are able to use the ADD ribbon and create activites...so it is not a permissions.

    I have made no changes to the ribbon itself in over a year.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • This happened to us too suddenlty just last week. For us it works for at least some users that have the super-user security roll. But I can´t see what it can be. Its strange that the button Add new activity suddenly got greyed out. We haven´t done any changes to CRM that I know of. Did you find any answer to this problem?
