Can you tell me if we need a separate CAL for each user account on a given Windows 7 VM if are enabling multiple concurrent sessions on that VM?

We are aware that additional CALs for mixed-use Windows 7 VMs are not covered by our DreamSpark agreement and will need to be purchased from an authorized seller. We ascertained the cost of Windows 7 CALs from our authorized academic reseller before I submitted my original inquiry. Can you tell me if we need a separate CAL for each user account on a given Windows 7 VM if are enabling multiple concurrent sessions on that VM?
