    Windows Product Key: *****-*****-3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J

Widely pirated Volume License Key for Windows XP Pro.

Where did you get this XP Pro for your computer.  What Operating system and version does the COA sticker on the back of your Dell Latitude computer say should be installed on to the computer?

A volume license is only legally sold to businesses in quantities of 5 or more licenses and if you are part of a business entity and you are using a company computer with this issue then you need to contact your IT department for resolution.

If this is a personal computer then you need to either revert your computer to the legally licensed version of the operating system displayed on your COA sticker or purchase a valid licensed version from a reputable source.

As this is a volume licensed product the product key change tool will probably not work with your OEM Product Key.

A full reinstall of XP will solve the problem from the original install media not the XP Pro Volume License disk as that won't work with the OEM Key.
