pressing enter behaves as pressing home in MSDN panel

Question

Hi all.
Have anyone notice this issue.I am answering a question and suppose i have paste a link their directly in the text box here. Cursor is at the end of the link. Now I believe that when press enter key it should go to next line as a new line. But what happens is it goes to the starting of the existing line( same behavior as of home key) I have to manually click on end of the link again and then i press enter and able to go to next line.
My question is : when i paste a link why cursor is at the end of that link if it is behaving like in starting or why this enter key is not working properly.
I have tested it with google chrome and many machines but same behavior.
So lets make our social network (MSDN) beautiful.
Thanks
Want to add MVP with my name.
