  • In CRM 4.0 is two users:
    Administrator (info@company.ru) and
    Ivanov Sergey (ivan@company.ru)

    Sergey creates Lead and press "Send Email"

    If in "FROM" himself - everything well sending, but we would like to send first email from our corporate mailbox.
    That is why Serguy choose in field from Administrator, press send and letters didn't goes away.

    If open mail, it will be a message in notification area: This message has not yet been sent for delivery. For more details, see the manual.

    I found nothing in manual.

    We are working over Outlook 2007 client. Both accounts are presents in outlook. In preferences of each users in CRM incoming/outcoming sets to Outlook.

    Please, suggest something.
