Communicator always says "Calling User…" RRS feed

    Hello,

     

    We have configured our OCS RTM server to work with our existing PBX. All the configurations appear to be ok; however when we attempt to start a call from Communicator, the call never gets completed. Communicator always says “Calling User…”.

     

    How do we resolve this issue?

    Hello,

     

    We were able to get this issue resolved. We had not correctly specified Location settings on PBX and for Line URI in OCS Server.
