  • I have looked up this key and it is listed in our system as Returned to Microsoft.

    Software products that have been returned are Not resold. Returned software is first Blocked in our system (so key can no longer be used) and then is destroyed.

     

    I recommend contacting the person or company that sold you this software and demand a refund.

    Your Product Key has been blocked for some reason.
    You also have a problem with the WAT Update installation – which suggests that there has perhaps been a Loader used to circumvent activation/validation requirements.
     
    Please first Uninstall  the WAT Update – KB971033 – from Installed Updates. then reboot.
    The download and reinstall it from here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971033
    reboot TWICE.
     
    Then post a new MGADiag report
