Problem with vs code

    Question

  • I recently reset my laptop so I would have more space, first I downloaded visual studios code or better know as vs code, when I installed it I installed an extension (IntelliSense for css class names in html) I had used before with no problems I did some html and css code, loaded my html page up and did the basic html5 body  I wrote hello inside the body tags it would put a less than sign (<) before the text I checked the code everything was fine I had use this extension before along with vs code and I did not do this so why is it doing this and how do I fix this.
