Hello Adam,
Thank you for posting in our WGA Forum :-). I noticed you have a retail version of XP Home currently installed. Your HP Pavilion ze2000 should have come preinstalled with an OEM SLP installed version of Windows XP. Please look @ the bottom of your laptop and tell me what the Certificate of Authenticity "COA" sticker indicates. Please view http://www.howtotell.com as a reference example. Post back and let us know. Right now I would recommend for you to contact HP Technical support and request them to send you the recovery media disc. Next you would want to back up any and all of your data and perform a complete recover of your system. Here is HP's contact information:
