For some reason, tracing was enabled for CRM and the trace logs had eaten up all the disk space on the C:\ partition. I disabled tracing and deleted the trace logs but now the Deployment Manager won't load and gives the error:
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.DMSnapin, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
Even worse, when I try and use the Registration Wizard to register the product, I get a dialog box stating: An error occured during registration and I can't go any further. So I've got 23 days to register the product.
Not sure why deleting the logs files would cause this. Have you rebooted the server or done an IISReset? If that doesn't resolve it, try running a "repair" install.Matt, MVP - Dynamics CRM
