Getting Errors while doing Upgrade from CRM 2011 to 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to  upgrade CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 in Virtual machine Windows Server 2008 R2.

I followed instructions as mentioned in this article.

    https://dynamicscrmgirl.wordpress.com/2013/11/07/crm-2013-on-premise-upgrade-from-crm-2011-to-crm-2013/

I have unistalled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions and have removed javascript file as per instructions in the article. But when I installed SetupServer.exe, I get the issues regarding MS SQL Server Reporting Services and MS Dynamics CRM Datatbase. I have attached the screenshot of the same.

My VM is isolated environment, it has no internet access.

  • It may be you have other Java Script web resources with old code

The Reporting Services error looks like you're unable to connect to the Reporting Services web service, and is not related to the CRM Reporting Extensions. Check that the Reporting Services web service is working and the url (http://localhost:8080/reportserver_crm2011 ) is still correct
