Circle and PC Status Different

Question
-
The desktop that I manage my OneCare circle from shows that a laptop does not have its firewall and antivirus/spyware monitoring enabled. When I try to enable those features from the central PC, the buttons read "In Progress," but never seem to finish.
When I go to the laptop in question though, it shows that the status is green, and indicates that those features are enabled.
How do I resync the laptop with the rest of the circle. It does register the last contact time correctly.
Thanks,
Tom

I'm having a similar problem. running all XP, on a home network.
The OneCircle Hub shows the "Basement" PC as "At Risk" and tells me to go to that PC and take action.
However, when I go to the PC is shows the status as "Good"
The other thread was no help in solving the problem.

I realize that the other thread might not help. That thread explains many possible solutions that have had mixed results up to and including reinstalling OneCare on both computers. If you have done that already, please contact support.

My issue is a little bit different.
I have 3 PC under the One Live Circle. The Hub PC is running Vista Business while the other 2 are running Vista Home Premium and XP Pro. Every 3 months or so one or the other PC will display that my subscription expired and I have to renew. I am a paid subscriber and my subscription is valid for at least another 7 months.
In the past, I usually just removed the PC from the Hub that was having issue and simply re-installed One Care. Now, I cannot even add the PC into my circle.
Any suggestion?

That is actually a lot different. If your PC was expiring all the time, I suspect that the date and time on that PC was drifting off the correct time, causing the original issue. Reinstalling repeatedly after removing the PC from the Circle should not affect your ability to activate unless the reinstall is not seen to be the same PC by OneCare's activation servers.
What do you mean by "cannot even add the PC into my circle?"
