Windows 7 not genuine message

Question
-
So I'm trying to help my grandparents set up a very old computer. However, when I start it up, a message says this copy of windows 7 is not genuine. I've tried using the command console, running it on administrator and looking online about uninstalling product keys. I did that and then looked on the back of the computer for the product key and tried to install it. It said it couldn't be downloaded. How can I fix this and be able to install that product key? Why isn't it working in the first place? I dont know how this windows copy isnt genuine in the first place since it came with windows 7. I ran a diagnostic report and this is what came up. I noticed the product key on the diagnostic isnt the same as the sticker on the back of the computer I have no clue how that happened because again this hasnt been used a long while? How can I fix this computer for them?

This machine originally shipped with Vista installed, and cannot support the Product Key in use.
