Hard disk switching RRS feed

    I had two (2) HP laptop computers. One was with a genuine Vista version and the other was with a genuine Window 7 version. The Vista version hard disk broke down and the video card Window 7 computer broke down.

    I have switch the hard disk putting the window 7 version in the vista computer and it is working but I always get a message that my version is not genuine and I can not receive upgrades.

    What can be done to solve the problem?
