Error 0xC004E003

Question

I have installed a genuine Windows7 on my HP laptop. When I try to activate Windows using the conventional way (via slui.exe 4), I get the 0xC004E003 error. So, I used the other method of downloading the html application application "legitcheck", and it looks like activation was successful. It tells me "Welcome to Windows! Because Windows installed on your PC is genuine, enjoy the security, reliability and protection it provides". Here is a screenshot of it:

HOWEVER, when I check on my Windows status (right click computer -> properties), I see that my Windows is still NOT activated.
I downloaded and ran MGADiag, and this is the results:

For which version and edition of Windows is your licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
If there is no COA sticker - is there a Windows 8 sticker? if so, what colour is it (note - it's holographic so has two colours!)
I suspect that this machine shipped with Windows 8.x Core edition installed - and that you have a 'ghash' Windows 7 OEM disk supplied by a hopeful vendor. Such disks will ONLY work when they match the original Operating System installed by the Vendor before shipping.
You need to reformat and reinstall using the original OS from your manufacturer - either from the Recvoery media installed in the machine, or ordered from their website.
