    Hi,
    I am running windows xp service pack 3 , I created a restore point after the system went through its process it told me that it could not restore back . then I tried another point and I still got the same thing. Then I tried to backup the hard drive and it said the file name was not right. I have restored before it just stopped. Can some one tell me what to do? I don't know very much about the forums or tag and I still reading how to get around.
