Hi Plunder,
we were wondering if you have had a chance ot confirm the case number you gave us previously. We are unable to locate it currently. If you could confirm the number is in fact correct we may want to just create another case for this issue and send us the newest case number.
We look forward to your response.

Plunder,
The report is showing the status for your XP installation as "PID is invalid."
This status has only shown up once before that I know of, and I have no idea what that means!!
So, you'll have to stand by until one of the Microsoft folks that monitor this forum can get back to you with further info.

Hello Plunder,
We will need to do some troubleshooting with you that would be cumbersome to do over the Forum.
Please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.
Thank you,
Darin Smith
