Live Mesh remote desktop suddenly won't work

Question
-
In these 2 days, Live Remote Desktop suddenly won't work. Tried to re-install, update display card driver. Just showing my registered PC logo with exclamation mark and "Live Mesh Remote Desk is not available". I didn't install any new programs.
P.S. Submit bug page is not available, so I ask the question here. ThanksTuesday, January 26, 2010 4:15 PM

Are you seeing this for the remote PC in the Live Mesh notifier (system tray icon app) or the Live Desktop view of you Mesh in a web browser?
What is the OS of the remote PC? Any issues on that PC? Is it truly remote or is it on your local LAN relative to where you are connecting from?

- Both remote PC and Live desktop side showing this exclamation mark
- Host side is Win7, remote side WinXP.
- Through internet (not LAN)
Actually, the function work for many months, but just these 2 days gone. Where can I upload the log file, and is it useful for your check?

Thanks for updating that it works once again.
There are a few possible reasons for the temporary interruption - account problem, server problem, or network issues. And, it may have been a problem at the remote PC that was resolved by a reboot or logout/login.
Anyway, thanks.
