conference dial-in and extension number

Hi

I am a little puzzled with conference dial-in where conference attendand asks me for extension number and pin.
Well the attendant girl is not satisfied with extension and then asks for full number + pin, where entering full number is a success.
Numbers I have formated like tel:+1452631111;ext=1111
Additionaly, if this is relevant, normalisation rule normalizes number 1111 into +1452631111

Why attendant does not accept 1111 for extension and how to resolve this problem?

Have you installed the July 2009 updates for OCS R2?

Thank you for your answer

I havent install that patch before.

Now I have and, if I understood correctly, I have installed CAA.msp patch to my front-end server.

The functionallity now is changed from worse to non working... now she isn't satisfied even with full eg. international number.

Is there anything else that I am missing?
