Medion computer crashed

    with pre installed windows 2010, I reset to factory setting using the F11 as instructed but its not re installed the windows, I am promoted to put in the product code but it wont  accept the product code that came with the computerm microsoft wont help, and medion just keep bouncing back my requests for help.
