The CRM 4.0 cannot be accessed through the CRM server RRS feed

    Something terrible has happend to my CRM Server. There are one DC and one CRM servers configured on my network. Yesterday, one of the network admins was configuring AD and deleted the OU that contained the CRM user accounts. so I had to restore the AD to the latest backup, and add the deleted user accounts to AD. unfirtunately, there was not actual backup from the deleted objects.

    After the restoration finished, I recognised that access to the CRM was not possible through the CRM server, however, it can be accessed thourght the clients.
    The following error is loged in the system

    The DNS server was unable to open zone aminsanat.com in the Active Directory from the application directory partition DomainDnsZones.aminsanat.com. This DNS server is configured to obtain and use information from the directory for this zone and is unable to load the zone without it. Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly and reload the zone. The event data is the error code.

    i think, if i can fix the problem, the CRM will be accessible from all computers and servers. one the problems that this causes is for Outlook clients. they are gone offline because of network connectivity.
